schema:answerExplanation	This issue was due to new "~/sparql-auth" SPARQL endpoint form page redirecting queries incorrect back to the "~/sparql" SPARQL endpoint that runs as the 'SPARQL" user that does not have the "SPARQL_UPDATE" role. This issue occurs with the Virtuoso Open Source 07.20.3323 and Closed source 08.03.3322 build and is fixed in later builds. Note for Virtuoso closed source (commercial) builds if the VAL VAD package is installed that creates its own SPARQL endpoint form pages this problem does not occur.
